CODY JONES – President
Mr. Jones is the founder and Chief Executive Officer/President of C & L Services, LP. He oversees all of the company’s general operations and routinely holds meetings with the heads of each department in order to make sure that quality control and schedules are adhered to. He is experienced in all phases of operations and welcomes all employee ideas and input when making important business decisions.

• Entrepreneur: Has built many companies from the ground up. Including Trucking, Excavation and Oilfield Services.
• Recently built a new Frac Tank Manufacturing and Commercial fabrication facility and company in Center, TX.
• Experienced in Oil and Gas Production and Drilling Services.
• Drilling Rig Manufacturing and oilfield equipment refurbishing and repair.
• Has built numerous Salt Water Disposal Wells from the ground up, including all drilling and facility construction.
• Experienced as a mechanic for both Diesel and Gasoline Engines including all phases of diagnostics and repair.


LARRY DURHAM - Partner
Mr. Durham has owned and operated several businesses since 1980. His previous businesses include Metal Building Systems (1980-2000), Rio Ranch and Supply (2001-2004), and C&L Services (2005- present). He routinely checks progress of rig construction as well as overseeing employee performance during construction.

TOMMY BOTTOMS – Operations and Technical Supervisor
Mr. Bottoms heads the production and operation team. He is the General Supervisor in charge of all aspects of the construction process from designing, planning, part procurement, assembly, wiring to final testing.

• Over 30 Years of experience in Oil and Drilling Rig Industry.
• Worked throughout the US in operations and rig manufacturing.
• Has worked for Lawrence Drilling, Delmar Drilling Co., Powder River Drilling Co., Texas-Wyoming Drilling Co., among others.
• Has participated and / or supervised the manufacturing of dozens of Drilling Rigs.
• Expertise includes manufacturing of diverse types of rigs from Mechanical to Diesel Electric
• Experienced in wide range fabrication from 500hp to 3000hp Drilling Rigs.


OLIVER EARNSHAW – Derrick, Structure and Sub-Structure Supervisor & Consultant
Mr. Earnshaw plans and manages derrick and sub-structure fabrication and testing; ultimately assuring quality control for API Certification.

• Derrick Services Limited: API Inspections, repairs and rework to existing drilling structures both on and offshore
• National Oilwell Varco: Worked for Dreco until they were bought out by National Oilwell Rig Builder, API Inspections, Rework and Modifications to existing Derricks, Masts and Substructures
• Chicago Bridge& Iron: Rigging and Iron Worker Superintendent- Turnarounds, Specializing in FCC Head Replacements and Coke Drum Replacements
